Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zeefields, provided by Midcoder Private Limited. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Zeefields is a cloud-based field service management platform that helps businesses manage work orders, customers, contracts, invoicing, assets, teams, and related operations. Features may vary by subscription plan and are subject to change as we improve the product.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and within your organization tenant.
• Organization administrators may invite users and assign roles; you must ensure users comply with these Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as permitted by law
• Upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

You retain ownership of business data you submit to the Service. You grant Midcoder Private Limited a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for obtaining any consents required from your customers, employees, or other individuals whose information you store in Zeefields.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or on your billing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your order. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or read-only access until payment is received.

If we offer a free trial, it is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. We may modify or end trials at any time. At the end of a trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue full access unless otherwise agreed.

Zeefields, including software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Midcoder Private Limited or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIDCODER PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or for extended inactivity on free accounts. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Midcoder Private Limited's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
